DENTSU CREATIVE China CSO Tiffana Pun Joins 2022 AutoVision China Awards Jury



Tiffana Pun, Chief Strategy Officer of DENTSU CREATIVE China, has been recently invited to be a jury of the 2022 AutoVision China Awards. On this international interactive platform committed to bringing Chinese automotive brands to go global, Tiffana, together with a number of international jury members who are known creative and agency leaders in auto marketing and communications, will celebrate world class and innovative marketing approaches and breakthrough innovations, to lead and promote China’s automotive industry’s trends in innovation, digitalization and intelligence.

The AutoVision Awards, founded in Germany in 1993, is an international automotive festival dedicated to films, advertisements, documentaries, websites, social media and multimedia products in the automotive and mobility industries. It demonstrates the top standard of automotive and mobility innovative marketing, in cooperation with International Auto Show (IAA), the world’s prestigious and largest exhibition for mobility, and is supported by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and renowned automotive brands.

In 2021, AutoVision Awards launched in China. For the first time, it was authorized outside its place of establishment. AutoVision China developed categories that strictly adhere to international standards, and the award-winning works will be presented on the AutoVision Awards' official website, allowing Chinese automotive brands to debut and showcase on a global scale. It is reported that the award ceremony of this year and Sino-German Forum on Cooperation and Development of New Energy Vehicles will be launched in September at the World Manufacturing Convention (WMC).

As Mr. Fu Bingfeng, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), the supporting organization of AutoVision China, said, "In recent years, China's automotive industry has entered a period of deep adjustment for transformation that we should seize the new opportunities for the development of electric and intelligent vehicles to establish and consolidate consumers' confidence in Chinese auto brands and let the world see the power of cars made in China." AutoVision China has built a communication platform for Chinese auto brands to communicate deeply and explore collaboratively with top global auto brands. That is creating an exclusive channel where the world can understand the market environment of Chinese autos and its technologies as well as innovation and marketing.


With her jury engagement at the AutoVision China this year, Tiffana Pun shared, “In the race to future mobility, China has always been the pioneer market for big or new power of eMobility brands. Over the past decade, auto marketers that have built brands “from ZERO to ONE” are now facing fierce competition in growing their brand power, winning trust and recognition, as well as building their very own fan community. However, inthe highly fragmented digital and social environment, for brands who want to create strong connections with communities and a personalised user experience, their priority will be to create quality, differentiated and engaging content.”
