Elvis Liu joins Dentsu Creative as China Chief Operation Officer

Dentsu Creative has announced Elvis Liu joined as China Chief Operation Officer. 

Elvis will be leading operating model transformation, resource planning, productivity increase, and operational excellence agendas to enable sustainable business growth for Dentsu Creative. Also, he will play a critical role in Dentsu Creative integration, contribute to new revenue growth and support China's product strategy as part of his responsibilities.


Elvis has worked in the advertising and media, management consulting, and high-tech industries for over 20 years. He has focused on business development, project management, operations, and financial management, as well as M&A financing and post-merger integration, eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and IT strategy and systems implementation.

He led teams and has delivered end-to-end digital marketing and sales operations for multiple international and local businesses and brands including Nike, Estee Lauder, Shiseido, La Prairie, L'Oreal, Fendi, GSK, Bayer, Unilever, Nestle, Sony, Microsoft, Huawei, Siemens, Shell, to name a few, across sports, beauty, luxury, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, high-tech, manufacturing, energy, and so on. Empowered by business acumen and strategy and effective operational implementation, Elvis has helped many clients drive digital and operational transformation, which has delivered tangible business growth and enhanced operational excellence. Elvis has been highly recognized by clients and peers for its reputation and leadership.

Prior to joining dentsu, Elvis was in charge of business development in marketing operations and sales operations at Accenture China. He also worked at WPP, Publicis, BCG, and IBM.

As Chief Operation Officer, Elvis will report directly to Keita Ishikawa, China CEO, Dentsu Creative. He will be a valuable asset to provide leadership and executional support to Keita to deliver operational effectiveness and efficiency under the guidance of Sheldon Xu, COO of dentsu China.
