Therefore, our group transformed to a pure holding company system in January 2020 under a new name "Dentsu Group Inc." (of which trade name was changed from Dentsu Inc.) Our ambition is to become a business group that combines and enhances the diversity in the world outside and the diversity of our abilities and talents.

The Network Consisting of 1,000 Companies Across the Globe.

"dentsu" (the whole Dentsu group companies including the Dentsu Group Inc.) consists approximately 130 companies in Japan and approximately 900 companies outside of Japan. In Japan, Dentsu Japan Network, an in-house company of Dentsu Group Inc., established on January 1, 2020 supervises and supports Japan business company network. Outside Japan, Dentsu Aegis Network(DAN), renamed from Aegis Group, a global ad agency headquartered in London that Dentsu Inc. welcomed in the group in March 2013. In September 2020, DAN renamed again its name to Dentsu International, and supervises/supports the international business company network.
