    Shiba Mikio assumed the position of the 4th General Manager.

    Beijing Dentsu was conferred the “First Class Advertising Agencies of China” certification.

    Beijing Dentsu remained first among the 100 Chinese advertising agencies with the highest revenue for the fourth year.

    Its comprehensive strength found a place in the Top 10 Chinese advertising agencies.

    Komiya Gentarō assumed the position of 5th General Manager.

    Beijing Dentsu ranked 6th among the 100 Chinese agencies with the highest revenue in 2007.

    It ranked 3rd among the 100 Chinese advertising revenue with the highest revenues and its comprehensive strength ranked 6th among the top 50 in 2007.

    The head office moved to the Global Trade Center of Beijing.

    Beijing Denstu ranked 6th among the 100 Chinese advertising agencies with the highest revenue in 2008.

    Its revenues ranked 3rd among the top 100.

    Beijing Dentsu ranked 5th among the 100 Chinese advertising enterprises (non-media services) with the highest advertising revenue in 2009.

    Its revenues ranked 1st among the top 100.

    Beijing Dentsu ranked 3rd among the 100 Chinese advertising agencies (non-media services) with the highest advertising revenue in 2010.

    Its revenues ranked 1st among the top 100.

    Kohei Kenichi assumed the position of the 6th General Manager.

    Beijing Dentsu officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dentsu Inc. on December 20, 2018.

    Beijing Dentsu Group has been renewed to dentsu mcgarrybowen China in May 2020, The Chinese name is still Beijing Dentsu Group.

    In June, Dentsu International’s Global CEO, Wendy Clark, and Global CCO Fred Levron announced the launch of Dentsu Creative at Cannes Lions. Dentsu Creative is an entirely new global creative network, uniting all the agencies within Creative (e.g. dentsuMB, Isobar, and dentsu branded creative agencies).
